What is Valkey?

Valkey is a flexible distributed key-value datastore that supports both caching and beyond caching workloads. After installation on Senate, it will be available as <service_name> at port 6379 to other Senate apps. Enter your Valkey container name and click on next. It will take about a minute for the process to finish.

Self-Host Valkey

Follow these steps to deploy on your own server.

Install Docker

Copy the configuration and run it on your server.

Then run:

docker compose up -d
